Daniel J. Halperin
Attorney

Daniel J. Halperin is a skilled bankruptcy attorney and litigator, having worked with numerous clients in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, including debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, and fiduciaries. He also has extensive experience representing clients in commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts across Florida.
Daniel received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received several honors: Order of the Barristers, Cali Excellence of the Future Award: Reorganization in Bankruptcy; and the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award: Evidence, Secured Transactions. Additionally, he earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami School of Business, with concentrations in Mergers & Acquisitions and International Business.
During his first year of practice, Daniel received the Dermot S. McGlinchey Commitment to Pro Bono Award.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Daniel received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing.
