Salazar Jackson Closes Sale of West Palm Beach Property for $12.5 Million

Salazar Jackson, LLP closed on the sale of a prime piece of real estate to Palm Beach real estate developer Jeff Greene for $12.5 million. Linda Worton Jackson, Salazar Jackson Cofounder, represented the property owner, WPB Clearlake SPE LLC, a Nevada LLC. Matthew Rotolante at Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty brokered the sale.

“This is a spectacular piece of real estate in a prime location in West Palm Beach.  It will be a standout development and a valuable addition to the surrounding community,” said Jackson.

The 11-acre property, located at 719 Executive Center Drive, will be developed by Mr. Greene who has not publicly announced his plans. WPB Clearlake purchased the property from a Chapter 7 bankruptcy earlier this year.
