Salazar Jackson wins $35 Million Subordination Judgment Against Lender In Miami Jai-Alai Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

A bankruptcy court decision in favor of Florida Gaming Centers Inc., owner of Casino Miami Jai-Alai, reset its relationship with a lender the company accused of perpetrating a loan-to-own scheme.
The summary judgment means that other creditors and stakeholders of Miami Jai-Alai/Florida Gaming Centers stand to be paid significant distributions on the account of their claims in the bankruptcy case.
Firm Co-founders Luis Salazar and Linda Worton Jackson secured the win.
