Boutique litigation firm Salazar Law is pleased to announce that firm founder Luis Salazar has been recognized in the 2024 edition of Florida Super Lawyers. He has been listed since 2006, marking his 19th year of inclusion, in the annual publication that limits recognition to fewer than five percent of the lawyers in Florida.

A seasoned litigator, Mr. Salazar is highly regarded throughout Florida for his extensive experience and ability to advocate for his clients. He specializes in navigating complex financial restructuring and litigating high-stakes, bet-the-company disputes. Additionally, Mr. Salazar represents debtors, secured creditors, creditors’ committees, and fiduciaries in all manners of insolvency proceedings as part of his successful bankruptcy and restructuring practice. He has led the Chapter 11 reorganization efforts of several well-known companies across a variety of industries with combined assets in the billions and regularly conducts out-of-court restructuring, work-outs and financial negotiations.

Mr. Salazar’s practice has earned additional recognition in numerous legal industry publications, including his continued ranking in the 2024 edition of Chambers USA in the Florida Bankruptcy Litigation section, as well as the South Florida Bankruptcy/Restructuring section. He has also been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2007 and was named to The American Lawyer’s list of South Trailblazers in 2021.
